Frequently Asked Questions

The HOA frequently receives the same questions from both new and long-time residents. So, here are the answers to some of the most often asked questions.

► How do I pay my HOA Fees?

HOA fees may be paid in two different ways:
1. Download the ACH form from our Documents page, complete the form and forward it to RPM.
2. Create an account at Pacific Western Bank and pay the fees on-line.

► My mailbox key does not work, or I lost my mailbox key. Can you give me a new one?

The mailboxes in our community are the property of the U.S. Postal Service and the HOA has neither spare keys or the right to deal with the mail boxes. If you need a new/replaced key, you need to go to the post office on North Poins (just behind the WS Police Office) and arrange with them to fix mailbox issues.

► Where is the manager's office?

Deacon Ridge is a condominium community, and as such, there is no manager. If you need work done on your condo, contact our management company, RPM.

►  I lost my front door key. Can you let me into my unit?

Residents are responsible for entry to their units. We DO NOT have keys for each unit. We also DO NOT have staff on duty after hours to open the building doors. If you have problems with the inside door, you need to contact a locksmith or replace the lockset.

► My air conditioner or heating unit is not working. Can you fix it?

The HVAC systems are the responsibility of the unit owner. A large percentage of the HVAC units are over 20 years old, and should be replaced.

► Who can I call for patio pressure washing or exterior outside door painting - both areas are the homeowner's responsibility for maintaining?

Contact Larry McMillian at:
(ldmcmillian25@gmail.com/336-870-5638) for pricing and scheduling. Larry is a long term onsite homeowner that takes care of our interior common area housekeeping.

► How do I shut off the water in my Condo?

See the Maintenance link above for instructions on finding and shutting off your water.
