Deacon Ridge Condominiums is run by a Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA is responsible for establishing the rules and regulations for the community, managing the physical buildings and common areas and ensuring that all of our residents have an enjoyable experience.
The HOA is composed of two boards of directors. The Deacon Ridge Master Association board is responsible for all aspects of the community that affect all residents - items such as exterior lighting, video survellance cameras, security personell, and landscaping. The Condominium Association board is responsible for building maintenance, Water and sewage, exterior painting and maintenance, and other items that affect the buildings.
